This is bad attitude of HomeShop18. The customer care service of theirs is extremely poor. They do not understand what the customer is trying say. Moreover the customer has to repeat the story over and over again every time to customer service agents. Dont they take notes? Pathetic service.

The book was delivered. Indiaplaza needs to improve its customer relationship by building and maintaining trust. I agree that many a times companies are out of stock but they need to inform the customers who get disillusioned after long delays.

I had placed an order for a book on Nov 4th (Order No: 041120090063) as a gift for my wife's b'day. Today is Dec 07th and still the order has not been processed. Worst thing is they dont even have a contact number to get in touch with them. They have this ticketing system which is the worst I have e...ver seen. The money was deducted from the card on Nov 4th itself for which I had to pay the CC bill but there is no sign of the product yet. Indiaplaza.in sucks. They are the biggest fraud company ever. Its sad that banks like Citi have tieup with them. Please do not ever think of buying anything from this site. Read More
