I had placed an order for a book on Nov 4th(Order No: 041120090063) as a gift for my wife's b'day. Today is Dec 07th and still the order has not been processed. Worst thing is they dont even have a contact number to get in touch with them. They have this ticketing system which is the worst I have ever seen.


The money was deducted from the card on Nov 4th itself for which I had to pay the CC bill but there is no sign of the product yet.


Please do not ever think of buying anything from this site.
