TATA VFM - But with some glitches

I received a ' GIFT ' 2 days back from FORTUNE MOTORS dealer of my car. They said it from TATA and I was asked to sign a ' SATISFACTION ' letter regarding the issues which I had raised but still not attended to. I am wondering whether is a ' BRIBE ' to ignore the faults in my car and FORGET it ? T...he issues which I had raised at the time of delivery still exist, for that matter still worse. Many new issues have cropped up. Co-drivers seat has a probelm etc etc. I think ' JAB SHAADI KIYA HAI TO THODE SAAL TO NIBHANA PADEGA; JAB TAK JAAN MEIN JAAN HAI ' Except for the SPACE and little bit of good TURBO driving there is nothing in an INDIGO CS LX. Can anyone guide me regarding the OIL changes to be done for an DIESEL car. This is my 1st one so not very sure. My car has completed around 10 months and approx 4500 km mileage. The service people said that they change it after 10000 km. Is it correct. No OIL change has been done till date. Is it okay? Hi truepuneri; When I had showed them the faults I was told to give it in writing. When I gave in writing the dealer did not accept it. Now what I am supposed to do?
