I also feel thesame its not shortage of funds but dishonest ways to grow your business at others expenses. My vas services are activated without any notice. This has happened many times not once. I was also forced to pay a bill for 2 months for a connection I didnt use. I am working through internet and my work depends on it. I agree that for growth and expansion of business they have started doing such things. But I believe that these things will only last till another big player come...s as ISP. Customer care exceutives are like zombies loaded with chips recorded with some predefined sentences ''we will solve the issue in next 24 hours''. and I dont know when the 24 hours will pass.

Honeymoon trip to Portblair and Havelock
