For last one month, we just get SMS that "Rs 30 has been charged to you for ---------- service" or "your subscription for Airtel call manager has been renewed @ Rs 1 per day" without any such request from our side. When we SMS STOP to 121, we get a reply "unable to process your request. Try later".


When we ring up 121, after going through umpteen options, when they say that they are going to connect to customtakeouter care executive, they disconnect, wasting lot of our time. Is this tactics adopted by Airtel to boost their sagging revenue?
