Our selection process is very tough. Our recruiting team looks for minimum 80% match to the requirements. But if you get selected, our HR will make sure you come on board.

I agree with you Hema. There is no match to a company like BrickRed. Practically the culture here is driven by the IIT’ians who do not compromise on quality and time lines. Here every thing is quality driven in BrickRed.

It is indeed tough to get into BrickRed. But it is even tougher to resign as every one will hold you back. We are like a family.
