Yes Meenu, I heard this from others as well. This is indeed a very cheap mentality. I don't understand why can't people earn the respect for themselves. It is probably because people like to follow convenient path rather than the right path to move up the ladder.

I agree with you. I was interviewed by Espire Infolabs, Mohan Cooperative, New Delhi and it was the worst ever interview I ever faced in the whole of my life. Giving interview with them was very bad experience.. I decided even if they select me, I will never join them..

Why do companies do like this? HR manager must be having some grudges with you. You can prosecute the company or this illegal act. Some one should initiate such actions against companies to teach them lessons.
