Yes their quality is not upto mark and worst part is even if it gets damaged due to quality issue they don't exchange or return the item. They say it is washed. Obviosly so many people try at home and return for hygiene issue people will wash and then wear after a first try.

You are right Even I am facing the same problem with Vijayabank layout, BAngalore branch. After online signup I raised the same concerened to Customer care that these things should not happen because I am aware of the Bangalroe immature service. Even after confirmation from the branch manager and af...ter following for two days (online saw books availibilty) he has sent 1 book only.I have sent mail to customercare and told the same to branch manager while opeing membership that my wife is patient and she cannt walk out of house so chose the home delivery option wisely but as always idiots are coming with 1 booko at a time.Read More

Perfect....dont go in name of HP service...They have one of the poorest customer care service..Most of the people are facing same problem...for me also motherboard,keyboard and more got changed in same configuration. last month they changed my DVD drive (HP Mahaelectronics Bangalore) and guess what......after 3rd time DVD use I found DVD screwed outside...Also yesterday only I saw screws of my laptop screen is coming out....god knows how they do the work after the quality check also this happened..One can guess their Quality and Quality department.....REALLY PATHETIC....NEVER GO FOR HP....I feel I wasted my money for HP....Read More
