I am a member of whitefield (Sat) and found their door delivery service to be pathetic. they claim 5 door deliveries in a month after charging Rs.50 in advance but they r cheaters. When u order online, the delivery happens after 6-7days. I was under basic reader plan wherein I can order for 2 books. But when the door delivery person came, he got just 1 book n told that he would get the other book after3days. So, I can order for next online pickup only after 3 days.
Which means, he will get my next delivery after 7 days of pickup order. In short, it comes to just 2-3 door deliveries (6books) in a month. Whereas they claim 5door deliveries (10books) in a month. They r cheating customers and r in the business of making money. Will discontinue my membership n will never recommend justbooks to any of my friends
