Hello, 10kmpl is very less, you should get atleast 25 kmpl Some of the reason I can guess reg this are 1.) The style of riding by the owner whould have been totally different from yours. Mostly the early version of Bullets are not driven harshly, the owners prefer to just cruise slowly within th...e city (enjoying the beat). The method used to set the engine, defines the bandwith for getting good mileage. But still the difference in the mileage may vary by 10% 2.) The Piston has to be oversized. If ther is gap between piston and cylinder wall, the compression required to burst the fule will be loast and this leads to very low PICKUP. So to increaset he pickup you have to give more accleration leading to more fuel usage. (Check whether the pickup is ok) 3.) Clean the airfilter. If the air filter is not clean, the amount of air mixed with fuel will be less leading to fuel wastage. 4.) the tapping noice may be due to valve, which is commom but still check with other bikes. 5.) The main thing is. All mechanics can work on a Bullet but only an expert can repair it. Contact a bullet mechanic, he can tell you the reason for these issues. 6.) Your bike is more than 30 years old so a engine overhauling may be required. And ya one more point , check the engine oil level and quality. I have seen some bullets here that have never seen an oil change at all.Read More

Look at the level of money going into charity each year. I agree its not enough but as the economical status of a group increases, there may be few to contribute. Many of my friends have opened a trust and collecting money. My learning is 1.) Be good and affectionate at least to the first circle ...around me. . 2.) If I cant do some good to my environment at least try the level best to avoid destroying it. 3.) Do charity to my strength possible. It may be a penny for me but very big for some one. I don’t get this knowledge all of a sudden, it came from my learning. So I hope this will happen in each person (At least to a certain level or %) so that the earth keeps rotating and revolving happily :-) This comment is not to oppose your thoughts. It’s my thoughts on the same problem what you have pointed. There are a lot of people like you who worry and care for our society. So the future is still bright. Read More

Hi, I have felt most of the points you have typed here but it took me a bit long time to realize these. I have come across all the situations you have mentioned. 1.) Ran after money, 2) Skipped Friends and stayed away from my parents to earn more. All these things happened within a period of 4 ye...ars. I was selfish, but you know what made me to be like that? Consider a small child let inside a chocolate shop. Guess what it will do? It will try to get more and eat more until a limit. After that it concentrates on some other new things. We are grown up babies and when we see a new thing we behave the same way. But, where the change should come is ’’Learning from mistakes’’. I slowly came to know that I am doing a mistake by just concentrating on one thing, so skipped my job and moved to my home town. Tried to be with my parents and interact with my friend. Still I come across some situations where I have to earn to make my next generations happy. I totally agree that we don’t care much for our parents, but guess; will we be like this to our siblings? We will be caring them as our parents cared us. We will be feeling the same pain when they behave the way we do now. You know ’’History Repeats’’. The world have changed to a place where if you are fit you survive (Survival of the fittest) Coming to the social awareness, now days each and every organization tries to protect the environment. It’s in the starting stage. Till now we dint care much about the environment but when we get the forecast on what’s going to happen in the future, we have to change. Consider the level of pollution caused by per vehicle ratio. Its reducing. We have just opened our eyes, if we are not doing any thing to protect our environment, we will be forced to. Look at the level of maturity and knowledge the children have now. They will never do what we do now when they are grown. Changes do happen but slowly. I have hope that this change will happen before anything bad happens… See next commeRead More

I was wondering most of the time, why to give review on a product that is not in market and can’t be bought easily? Then found the following answers “Just to share the experience” “To know about history” “How trend changes?” “Will History repeat?:-)” Here is some contributation...Read more
