@techie26, it does lag very often. Now I have given it to my friend and it has slowed down even more as the number of apps has increased, but that is expected from a phone with low specifications. And above all Android lags on all sort of devices even in the S3. So the problem is with android not wi...th the device.

Hi, nice review.
I took the test ride of this bike the day it was launched and absolutely loved it.
Now I am thinking of replacing my Pulsar though I am very satisfied with it bt just for the heck of it I am thinking of a new bike.
Now my query is when you ride it on mud or in wet surface does... the front tyre splash water over your foot and pants. I am only worried about this thing as I live in one of the wettest part of the country.Read More

My i10 gives 14-15 kmpl in city,without A/C. With A/C it comes down to 12-13 kmpl and I am pretty much satisfied with it. Dont know why this is happening with your car, could only suggest you to get it checked from the service centre. Though I feel your car is too new for you to start worrying about... the mileage so early. Give the engine some time to settle down and I am sure it'll improve.Read More

I too belong to Dehradun and I completely agree with you on the careless attitude of the dealership people. I have 2 activa in my family and the quality of after sales service is pathetic.
Just a couple of months back one of my friends was looking for a bike, I took the test ride of different bike...s for him, though I liked twister, the initial pickup was good bt suggested him to go for Pulsar 135 which offers a lot more for the additional 5K Rs. And after seeing a large number of negative reviews I thank god that I didn't let him buy the twister.Read More

Every single comment by p4prakashb is WRONG, ABS makes huge difference in braking and it can be felt even in very low speeds, regarding airbags, they inflate at the force of impact and surely u dont need to bang yourself at something at 120kmph.
The diesel engine of Ritz is much better than the Be...at, it is the best small diesel engine in the world manufactured by ford. The highway performance of beat is nowhere close to Ritz though if you intend to use your car in city only then the beat will serve you well with good city drivability.
And at last the Petrol Vs Diesel debate, according to the mathematics done by a very reliable source, taking into account the rising petrol prices, if you even drive as low as 700 km per month then you would be able to cover up all the extra money you paid for diesel in 3 years.
My vote goes to Ritz coz its a better package than the Beat and the reliability of the new diesel motor is unknown.Read More

Great review and congrats for the ROD.
Though I feel the OS i.e symbian S60 feels way too outdated now, I used it 4 yrs ago in my N73 and since then it has never undergone any major update. I've graduated to Android now.
With the same amount of money one can get much better phone with Android OS w...hich is huuuuugely better than the stone age Symbian and offers brilliant productivity with many free apps.Read More

Since the purchase I am getting around 13 - 14 Kmpl in city and in excess of 18 on highways, no such problem with me. Mine is i10 Magna with the old Kappa engine not the Kappa 2.

No, the car is not discontinued, its a great value for money, you can go for it.
But I would suggest you to go for Beat if you can stretch your budget a little bit, its much better car than the K10.

Well i10 has better engine, better pickup, considerably better space and much better seats, better mileage, where beat scores over i10 is in ride and handling department and also a bit cheaper than the i10.
So, set your priorities and get the one that suits you the best.

At this price point you can get yourself a decent android phone like samsung galaxy pop which sells @ 8500 Rs, the camera is very good and have all the features like wifi, gps, 3g etc. .
But if you are not that into cellphones buy C5-03 which is much simpler to use and manage but nowhere close to a...n android phone. .Read More

Yes its a nice bike but other bikes by no means are inferior, the feature that look ridiculous to you is a great feature to have in a bike and very helpful at night, and ya about the abbreviations, I can also make a funny on...e out of unicorn. .

Yes buddy cb twister suits your physique, you?ll take not more than a couple of weeks getting used to it. The short stance of bike is just perfect for you, and also it is a great bike to own. .

I have been riding pulsar 150 for last 3 yrs and it has been a pleasure riding it, the bike is fairly stable to ride and braking is very good, the suspension is pretty good and the ride quality is better than the competition. But the build quality lacks the premium feel and the after sales service a...re the only sore points.
For a person of your physique I'd recommend TVS apache 160, it is a very good bike, gives good mileage and is fun to ride too. The dealer support is also good compared to bajaj.
