Every car’s performance depends on how one maintains/services it. Rapid is great when it comes to occupant safety and honestly life is more important than anything else. Suggest you try a different dealership who can assist you.

No difference between vento and this

You have just used the car for 6 months so give it more time. And I quite agree with Sachin, Rapid and Vento are from the same family, but I can tell you the performance of your car is much better than Vento. From my personal experience their service has improved satisfactorily.

Hi, guess your experience was bitter because it was a pre-owned and not too sure if you got any maintenance benefits from the previous owner / dealer. Rapid is also a good choice provided you buy from an authorized skoda dealerships.

You have made a right choice, the Rapid is amazing. I have driven over 8000 km so far without any discomfort and what I admire about this car is its strong built. If you are a family man, your selection is spot on. And if you want a good deal, there is this zeal edition you can try.

Good car,But worst customer support Must read.

I faced a similar issue and was categorically instructed to get the services done at the authorized Skoda service outlets. I stood by what they said and so after initial hiccups and rounds at the dealerships, my car was handled well. It’s been a year almost and no problems surfaced so far.
