Dear Mathurji, First, let me congratulate you on selecting an Agatha Christie novel for review. It has brought back fond memories of my school days when Agatha Christie and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle occupied more space in our minds than the textbooks. Of course in college we had graduated into Harrold ...Robbins, Sidney Sheldon and all, but let me not talk about that now. I cannot, however claim that I have read all of Agatha Christie's 80 detective novels. I have read the one that you have reviewed and it is the best review that I have ever come across about an Agatha Christie novel. Agatha Christie, who was born on 15 Sep 1890 in Devon, England as Agatha Marie Clarissa Miller had an interesting life herself. In her first life she was a nurse. Though she had written romance novels as well, she is best known for her Hercule Poirot and Miss Jane Marple crime stories. I wonder at times, as to how the novels written earlier this century is still so engrossing to read. Thanks once again Mathurji for the review.Read More

What irks me at times is the fact that people comment on books without even reading them. I have read this book and agree with Deep. In fact this book will rate as topmost read of 2010 for me. I have not read a more enjoyable book in recent times.

A story starting off with a young girl's suicide on train tracks is certainly a put-off. Love stories are anyday much better reads. Anyway I will try to read it.

Harassedclient, You are right. Many of Hyundai service centres rip you apart and cheat you openly. But that way service centres of most car manufacturers do the same.

I came across this guys frustration with Mangalore and chose to write down my experiences. I had been to Mangalore long back in the late nineties, but had stayed there for a quite a stretch. I liked the place, though a little laid back. I had  no problems whatsoever, though I am from North In...Read more

A point that carlover has not mentioned is that the Nano being an unconventional car has certain features that are very irritating. The rear hatch cannot be opened and that’s really troublesome and I don’t really understand how much they could have added to the price by incorporating two additional ...hinges? Now a days, everywhere you go the security personnel tell you to open the dicky. Opening the bonnet to refuel evokes laughter from those who don’t know about it. the spare wheel is also awkardly placed inside the bonnet. And I fully agree with what carlover has written. It is a very good review indeed! And for those whose contention is that the reviewer doesn't own a Nano, let me tell you that I CANNOT LAY EGGS EITHER, BUT I CAN CERTAINLY TELL A GOOD OMLETTE FROM A BAD ONE BETTER THAN THE HEN.Read More

Ajeetbhai, That was a good review, though One night... has now become a history book. Why don't you review some excellent recently released books namely, 'Of Love and Politics', 'Johnny Gone Down, 'Jab se you have loved me...' etc.? And please don't borrow books from your brother, buy the...m from www.flipkart.com. They'll deliver the books at your doorstep and since they have a Cash-On-Delivery system, there are no hassles over prior payment. They give excellent discounts also.Read More
