I am strongly disagree with you. No bank deduct Emi by without intimating to customers. Even COVID -19 , THEY GIVE OPTION OF MORATORIUM BY MAIL, SMS, LINK PROVIDED BY THEM. NO EXTRA CHARGES THEY CHARGE DURING LOCKDOWN. I AM EXISTING USER OF HDFC.

Now I requested to close and surrender my account the reason are below : 1) ATM AVAILABLE : it's very difficult to find ATM around my area.
