HDFC is one of the worthless bank which I have ever come across in my lifetime.HDFC is having limited free transactions monthly, after that they will charge a fee for every transaction.The customer employee ratio of HDFC bank is also very low.They charges high amount of interest rate loan with no much Variety in EMI schemes.Some of the limitations of HDFC bank are as follows.
1) .ATM availability: The branches of HDFC bank are very less comparatively to other banks.You cannot easily find an HDFC ATM around you, There are minimum number of HDFC ATM's.
2) .Performance: They are not extremely good on loan side, owing to their average performance their shares have not been doing very good over the last many years.
3) .Internet Banking: There is always some limitations on deposits.HDFC internet banking is not much convenient and is very slow and time consuming.
4) .Rates and charges: They do not offer much variety on EMI while offering loan service, on the other hand they charges high interest rate on loan.They provide very low interest rate on Fixed deposits and on savings account.
5) .Customer service: It is not very convenient to reach out to their customer executive as it is a very complicated and comprehensive process.Once, I had an very terrible experience dealing with their customer service while they behaved very rudely and harshly with me.I lodged an FIR against them.
FROM MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE I STRICTLY RECOMMEND NOT TO PREFER HDFC BANK.
