I have opened a current account in Indusland, Chandnichock branch in Sept.'2018 but after a lot of visit I, did not got my Debit Card. Employies of the bank i.e Mani Roy and Hemlata Raghuvanshi always replied "Sorry Sir, your form was lost, please fill the form one more time".
For Bank Employies we are just visiters, they donot have the customer time value. They came to bank only just to spend the time. In my whole life, I never saw this type of Service providing by the Indusland Bank(Branch Chandnchock, Delhi - 110006).
But In my last visit I saw that both said employies moved from this bank and met with Mr. Pranay Singh. He listen my problem and ensure me that your problem would shortout with in a week and he fulfilled his committment.
