In regards to my below complaint, you mentioned about me sending the details to response@starcj.com. For your kind information, I had sent the complete details including the photographs to the same email ID. My first email was sent on 17-Oct-13. I have also sent an follow up emails but absolute no r...esponse. I am quite sure that you people are least bothered to listen to the customer complaints and act on it. Also, for your information, we have recorded all the conversation we had with the StarCj customer care executive and we are planning to handover the voice recordings and the photographs to the Police Station and lodge a complaint against you. Also, we will be registering the complaint with the Consumer Forum. One thing is sure, I shall never buy any products from STARCj and I shall take extra initative to ensure that I spread the word to all whom I know that they should not trust STARCj.Read More

I think you are one of SNAPDEAL.COM guy...trying to campaign for self....I swear I have not seen such a cheaters in my whole of life...Agree with AlienSole, SNAPDEAL.COM uses our money to survive, earn interest and then cancel the product.

Hello All, Twice I had a very very bad experience with Snapdeal. First, the item status shows that it is available. You place the order. Your money is immediately credited from your credit card account. Post 10 - 15 days of making the payment, they cancel the order sighting the reasons that they ha...ve an issue with the dealers and cannot deliver the product. Then it takes another 10 - 15 days to get the refund. I am sure that they are running a racket of taking money from the Shoppers, rotate the money in the market, earn interest. In all they are using our money to earn interest for around 1 month and then cancel the order. I guess this is how they are surviving and they know that none of us would take it seriously. I am planning to put this case with Consumer Forum and take a strict action against them. Compare to the Snapdeal.com, I would prefer you all use the Smartshoppers.in. They were able to deliver the products which were cancelled by Snapdeal.com and that too withing 3 working days.Read More
