I had recently purchased a 2 quantities of "Princeware 30 Pcs Container Set" through their online shopping site. I paid the complete amount through the credit card. When I received the product, it was mentioned on the box, Quantity 2, Box 1. When we tried to open the box, the courier boy did not allow us to open the box before signing the consignment.
After signing the consignment, when we tried to open the box to check the quantity, the courier boy left the premises. To our surprise we found the the box had only one quantity of the product and whereas on the box the docket details mentioned 2 quantities.
We have tried talking to the customer service for almost 10 - 15 times. and each time we called we had spent around 15 minutes as they would put our call on hold. Even after calling 10 - 15 times, I did not get any solution from them. In couple of instances, they would keep transferring the call to the next senior person and each of this people will keep asking for your problem without providing any solution.
Finally when I got connected to the delivery manager, he connected me to the courier company and the courier company simply washed their hands and blamed us that since we have signed the consignment, that means that their courier boy has delivered the 2 quantities in form of 2 boxes.
This is a clear case of Fraud/ cheating by both the StarCj and Gati courier.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM STARCJ AND ALSO MAKE SURE THAT YOU DO NOT SIGN ANY COURIER DOCUMENTS BEFORE CHECKING THE QUANTITY EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS.
