I have seen some comments recently posted by some Gentlemen. I have said enough and repeat if it is a reputed company manufacturing a good product, it should provide excellent after sales sevice to the buyers and solve their problems and listen to their vowes, without the buyer having to chase neith...er the company nor the dealer. I have time and again informed the dealer who is least bothered to attend to my problems, I have made one mistake in my life and have wasted enough money and time, what is the purpose of now making now detailed study, I am not an automobile engineer, I have been using cars since my childhood as such I am not ignorant what is good what is bad, one must understand that the uncomfortable car can not be driven for a long time. I have just run my bumpy vehicle for 2200 kms. why should I suffer when I have other options! As far as this car is concerned I can not see it daily and repent for my mistake to make my life miserable, It is about the specific vehicle which has been delivered to me, if other buyers are satisfied I do not have any thing to comment, It is their Good luck.!Read More

G4 Gunner, i fully agree with you. His comments are meaningless and he keeps on writing to make his presence felt ,in this review on Honda i-V tech cars! Its good entertainment for all of us! we should be thankful to him so that he continues writing.

I feel everyone has liberty to express his/her thoughts.
Even if the car in question has been rated as 4 star, the question is why should one compromise for the certain drawbacks, as pointed out by several friends.The m...anufacturer should try to improve where ever possible, so that we get a nearly defect free product, in return of our HARD EARNED MONEY.
We have to also get rid of our CHALTA HAI atitude today or tomorrow , if we really want a good product from the manufacturer.

FIRST OF ALL I APOLOGISE FOR HURTING YOUR SENTIMENTS BY WRITING A REVIEW ON HONDA CITY CAR. I HAVE BEEN USING CARS FROM MY COLLEGE DAYS, INDIAN AS WELL AS IMPORTED. SOME, I FOUND GOOD, SOME WERE BAD. I HAVE USED NEW IMPORTED HONDA CIVIC FOR MORE THAN 2 YEARS. THE CAR WAS SO FABULOUS THAT... AFTER SALE OF THE SAME; I IMMEDIATELY BOUGHT ANOTHER NEW HONDA CIVIC. I USED TO GET THE CAR SEVICED ONCE IN SIX MONTHS AND THERE WAS NO OCASSION WHEN I HAD TO OPEN THE BONET OF THE CAR.THESE CARS WERE MADE IN JAPAN.
COMING TO THE TOPIC, I FEEL I HAVE GIVEN MY OBSERVATION ABOUT THE CAR WHICH IS BOUGHT BY ME LAST YEAR. I AM NOT TALKING GOOD OR BAD ABOUT THE HONDA CARS IN GENERAL. I HAVE WRITTEN WHAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED, WITH MY PRESENT CAR.
YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY CORRECT IN POINTING OUT THAT” WHY DID I ACCEPT THE DENTED CAR? ONE DOES NOT EVEN THINK IN THEIR WILDEST OF DREAMS THAT A COMPANY OF SUCH GREAT REPUTE AS HONDA WOULD DELIVER SUCH A CAR AND ONE NEEDS TO CHECK IT MINUTELY.
YOUR QUERY OF WHY AFTER ONE YEAR , I AM POINTING OUT DEFICIENCIES, AS STATED, I HAD TAKEN UP THE MATTER A YEAR AGO WITH THE COMPANY AS WELL AS WITH THE DEALER AND I WAITED PATIENTLY ALL THIS WHILE. WHEN ONE BUY’S BEST PRODUCTS FROM BEST COMPANIES OF THE WORLD, ONE DOES NOT NEED TO CHASE THEM AS THEIR SERVICES ARE IMPECEABLE AS THEIR REPUTATION IS MORE IMPORTANT TO THEM.
IF YOU KINDLY GO THROGH THE VARIOUS REVIEWS, ALL MY POINTS ARE COVERED BY THEM, ONE BY ONE, ONLY THE LANGUAGE IS DIFFERENT.
AS REGARDS THE RESALE PRICE I HAVE NEVER GIVEN A THOUGHT TO THIS. FOR ME COMFORT IS MORE IMPORTANT. ONLY TO SATISFY THIS NEED I PURCHASED HONDA CITY.

Rude administrative staff, over crowded elevators, over crowded OUT DOOR PATIENTS (OPD) Dept., Patients waiting for hours for their turn without much assistance from staff, suffocating atmosphere are some of the negative points.

I have just taken delivery of Honda City 1.5 EMT about 15 days back from a Honda dealer in south Mumbai.I have just taken a small ride with my family.
Unfortunately the car body is having dents and scratches. The car is bumpy and makes rattling noise. The interior does not give feeling of a new ca...r.These are some of the defects i have found. I have written to dealer as well as to MD of Honda Co. I have not received any reply. I have not used the car for last 12 days due to these defects. The car is now in dealers workshop since last 3 days.I have been informed that there is some technical problem.HONDA CO. is supposed to have best Q.C. progrmme then how a BRAND NEW CAR HAS TECHNICAL PROBLEMS.? One can understand my plight in last 15 rainy days without car, commuting in Mumbai is hell of a job for an elderly person. I have made biggest blunder in my life by spending huge amount of more than Rs. 9,00000/- on this car.Now I am at mercy of HONDA Co.Read More
