@mamtanarang75 Well in that case,Lucky You because even as of today neither installation has been done nor any signs of broadband getting installed within this week,nor any callback from their TECHNICAL TEAM who were supposed to call me within an HOUR. Cant suggest anyone to opt HATHWAY instead go ...for mtnl(if budget is an issue) or other options ,atleast they would provide you the connection within the EOD. Read More

@rutva0212 They charger inr500 as installation and wiring charges,but they will be waived in case you opt for a quaterly plan. P.S In west delhi they charge this much

Exactly that was the same problem which forced me to opt them. But now after this ..i realised that this was a big mistake of mine.. All they have is an excuse for everything.. Even the nodal officer doesnt seems interested, neither realises his duty n is not at all polite.. HATHWAY FRAUD
