No installation done even on the 12th day of successful payment, whereas I was assured of broadband connection on the very next day of payment.
The sales person whom I talked to and who took the money does not pick the phone.the extremely un co-operative customer care doesnt give a damn.neither they listen properly nor they have any solution, the only thing they say is "sir, kindly wait our technical team will call you within an hour".and that hour hasnt come till then.
After so much of patience and ectremely unsatisfactory repsonse from your team .i have came to the conclusion that I just cannot hold on to this anymore and I want my money back, I dont need any connection from you.please refund the money
