CEO must be accountable Lacks accountability is what I see here! I don't think it is just the CEO who has to read and reply. People at that position will have a team to get this delegated and look in to such issues with utmost priority than shying away.

The shipment seemed to have reached Perungudi, Chennai on 11Jan 13:30 which is 2 kms away from my home. Delhivery customer care said it would be delivered on the same day.
