Choose Chennai only for IT & Money. NOT TRUE LIFE!. Review on Chennai

I am an Chennaite and I have been in Chennai for almost over 16 yrs now (1985-1987 and 1997-till date).

To be Frank, I HATE CHENNAI... May be this is metropolitan city, has many colleges, many recreational places, many shopping places, malls, cinema theater, good Transportation modes, IT officers and manufacturing units. The Life here is like Robot for everyone.. No one here enjoy the life and everyone just runs here for money, money and only money..

All above the People will find safe here but the main reason is that the Law, police and govt are very rude and harsh.. There are many bans here when compared to other cities..

Pros of this city -

1) Good Transportation.

2) Sophisticated IT life and good salary (if through placements only).

3) Nice recreational places like theaters, world's second largest beach, mahabs, temples, etc.

4) Good shopping with wide range of Branded products. (also read cons)

5) Technologically improved City.

6) almost a Safe city to live in.

Cons of this City -

1) Worst laws and Govt. Including harsh and rude cops. (Why? Read the next point)

2) There r ban to many things and many products. Which make people not to choose of their rights!!

3) There r wide range of shopping products but most of them r out of stock, out size, r not user friendly and u wont find many other people need products inlcuding electronics and clothing..

4) Cost of living is high here because if high paid job in IT life.

5) Employment opportunities other than people get placed through colleges is the WORST OF WORST.. Engineer (other than placement) get an job offer with salary less than Rs.6000 per month.

6) Lots of schools and Colleges but all r money grabbers.. They dont provide the best education.

7) Office working is hectic for most and stressful and so most dont get to enjoy or relax and instead of go to recreational places, most spend their extra time at hospitals!!

So overall, a WORST CITY to choose for Living a happy life..

If u are opting this city of no choice then try to choose the wise way of life. or else forget this city..

BUT if want money for ur life, then THIS IS UR CITY...

MONEY? OR LIFE? Its ur decision...
