When I redeemed points, they didn't give me. So I emailed them for the same, they said instead I'm using fraudulent means for providing data. Now how & why in the world would I give them wrong information in surveys. I simply provided them correct information. now think about this - even if I was providing them wrong data, why they did not consider this or warn me before giving me reward points? Only when I asked for real vouchers, they had problems..
They are simply big cheats. Moreover, they emailed me that they have locked my account and if I want to unlock my account, I need to provide my PAN card (or similar ID). Guys this is another FAKE and FRAUDULENT method of collecting people's information which they cannot get in any other way. unknowingly, people will give them their ID proofs, which they may use in any fraudulent purposes. Also, this will help them create a huge database with real information of people like phone numbers and ID card numbers, which they can sell..
So in all, its a huge scam, please don't fall into its trap.
