I totally agree with you, once I made a mistake to try Star Cj , but I was wrong. They shows product with different spaces & delivered something different.

Dear Hemal , ' Client needs to follow up for payment receipts, refund of excess payment, status of loan arraged by dealer. Very poor response and took so much time to revert. The customer has to suffer a lot due to this. Will be difficult for a customer when after buying a car with decent price he ...has to followup for such stupid things. There is no proper quotation given at the time of purchase. Sales person has no clarity or details of how the bill amt is being generated and how it will be interpreted.'
