Very poor sales & service. Particularly Channi Service center , I have faced so many problems regarding the service, as a customer I am happy with their service. I am requesting GM to take immediate steps and improve sales and service department. Take serious steps on particular Service stations. Otherwise nobody will buy GM brand cars.
Take all feedbacks seriously and fulfil customer requirement. We are buying cars and believe you will provide us good value for money.
