I was flying to Vadodara to kolkata. One stop of 2.5 hrs at delhi.
I suppose to collect my bagage at Kolkata, but after half an hr landing at delhi airport somebody took my bag & reached Noida. When he realised that this is not his bag he opens upper case of my bag & found my name card & called me up regarding this mistake.
He came to Delhi Airport & hand over the bag to me.
Suppose the person is not sensible enough I could lost my bag.
Main thing is that INDIGO not supposed to put the bag on the belt on Delhi Airport which destination is at Kolkata.
Thanks to the guy Mr. Vivek Sanghi & 2.5 hrs halt at Delhi.
