I was finally issued the policy at original quote but AEGON took a good one month for the same. TIME IS MONEY and their initial delays esp by a rash and irresponsible junior executive (i would avoid naming her) costed me indirectly as i had to continue my existing term plan with another insurer a...s a back-up option ! Anyhow, i am glad they had a responsible senior executive assigned to my case who was sensible enough to understand and eventually resolve the conflicting situation. This plan offers maximum age cover and is probably their USP. I hope they can improve customer experience as they go along and work on improving their communication and turn around time. Read More
