first of all your site is not allowing to register then how can i register to your side and create the id. in your site it will ask for the mobile number and then it give one number to dial, saying give a miss call to this number. but after giving miss call to that number nothing will happen.

Cost of changing its cartridge is very heavy if you do it from the company. and if you purchase from online like amazon etc then the items are coming duplicate... just an example, in there web site they have mentioned the cartridge cost as 449, but you can't purchase directly from their website,... you have to log a call and executive will come and replace that, and executive charges are extra that is 450 then the total cost of changing cartridge is 450+449=899...Read More

Hi all
I got this mail from your LG to speak to shwetha I have spoken to her. She accepted that the policy what you have like if we purchase from online it will not be provided etc is not in web.
If you have created such a policy which is effecting to the cust...omers and not mentioned in your website and after purchasing the product when we call service for installation etc that time on phone you people are telling it is not free it is chargeable then it is a clear cut case of cheating to customers.
Then why you have kept Flexi Mount Bracket in the features of each tv. Instead of putting there you can mentioned it is a feature but it has to be purchased separately. Or you could have put that in accessories section where customer can know it has to be purchased separately.
Even you people have put the same in TV features.

Exactly after 4 year of purchase still i am getting 21.5 Kmpl mileage in highways, i really like this vehicle. till now in between trips or on roads it never troubled me..
