I have very bad experience after selecting the multiple items for purchasing from amazon.in. There is no transparency of charges charged by seller or amazon when it comes to multiple items purchase. They will directly put the charges.
I have full details of chat with their customer care person he agreed that there is no transparency. He is keep on telling it is charged by seller. If it is charged by seller then amazon billing should show how much they are charging for each items. Instead of that for 5 items they are directly showing Rs. 305 as delivery charges.
Amazon.in false assurance about delivery time. any time they will change the date of delivery from next day to 5 or 6 days. that too for prime members.

Me: till now I never faced any problem, but this two items making me to change of mind about the amazon
but for one order I have already paid
and to get that amount back will be 8 days
and the offer for that phone will not be there now

if I cancel and reorder this then again what garantee that they won't change the date of delivery once again. now it is 5 or 6.

Rajeev: In case the issue is not resolved in the requested timeline, the orders might get cancelled and refund will be issued.
We haven't received such query till now from others.
Me: then you mean I will get these both items only after 8th of Jan

Rajeev: We are unsure as of now, hence the reason an escalation is being done. In case we fail to resolve the issue in these 5 days, the orders will get cancelled and a refund will be initiated.
Me: but the through offer what I got this phone will not come back
its an mistake from your side and I have to face the problem

Me: even your support also not good, they won't tell the proper problem.
this is the 2nd time I am facing this kind of problem from amazon.in

nor you people tell the what is exact problem happend. nor you people tell anything. you people just say sorry.
if I wont pay to any of your product after delivery etc will except it. no you will give complaint against me in police station etc

Rajeev: In case the escalation is successful, the issue should be resolved in next 5 days. In case we fail to resolve the issue in the promised time, we will help you with refund on the orders.
Me: I don't want the refund, I need the phone to be delivered tomorrow
they are supposed to be deliver today.
if I get at least tomorrow also no problem.
Rajeev: My sincere apologies, I cannot promise a delivery by tomorrow. It would be a false assurance from me.
Me: but your web site is already doing that
while booking it shows delivery tomorrow. and after booking it changes the date of delivery to 2 to 5 days. is it not the false assurance

if you are from prime member then if you order it has to be delivered to you next day what is shows in web site. once you successfully order, then the date of delivery will get change to after 4 days of 5 days. and status will show not yet couriered.
