Nokia Lumia 730 operating system(Windows) is very bad. Many features which was available in Nokia Symbian OS are removed in this windows OS. Like say callers name, etc.
When you are sharing any other files in bluetood you will not be able to search that in this but it will take space in your phone( no idea where it is storing)
When you are in call with someone and you have to say some other person contact details then you are in mess. almost many times you have to go to contacts.
Say callers name was the very good feature which was available in previous nokia version(non windows phones) it is very helpful to know who is calling when you are in driving mode and you are wearing headset. Just to know which call to pickup and which call to ignore. But this feature then have removed in windows phone.
And also support from windows is very bad you have to wait wait and wait for many hours to get the call center people to connect, I have tried almost two times and waited for more than hours but not got connected.
In there site they are showing cortana feature is available in India. when you try it shows the msg " I am afraid i' m not available to help in your region with the language you've chosen.
there is no proper user guide for each and individual apps which comes along with phone.

for blue tooth help they have mentioned check in "The location of the received files depends on the other device. For details, see the user guide of the other device" but in the device also says check in user guide.
they have not provided the user guide along with the phone. they said it is online available and also in phone.
