Awful Experience with BigBasket!!! Bigbasket
Big Basket does not care bout customers. They deliver products that are of cheap quality or spoilt. They don't respond to emails. Waste of time calling up the call center. Never shop at Big Basket. Best to shop offline where you can see Exactly what you are buying.

I had a call from the Panasonic dealer 'Shaik' on Saturday. He promised that the spare would arrive in 2 days. After much follow up and after 3 days, another 'Abhishek' calls me and tells that the spare will be dispatched today. It will come in a weeks' time!!! I asked Abhishek to dispatch the sp...are by express courier and confirm the dispatch details. He promised to do so in half hour. He then sent a mail 'As discussed over the phone that the desired part is arranging by our service team when it will be available our service engineer will visit accordingly. No response from Panasonic. HORRIBLE quality products and PATHETIC service.
The local Panasonic dealer called me to justify the Pathetic service and also to justify collection of advance for spares. He does not care about the hardships that customers have to face. People order groceries for a month. After a month of follow up, I am now told by BigBasket: 'This is to inform you that we have return policy of 7 days for Grocery and Staples products . Any inconvenience related to products should be informed within 7 days and perishable items (Fruits, Vegetables a...nd Meat) within 24 hrs and we would take appropriate action. If the products are beyond the above mentioned time frame, we will not be able to assist you.' I am not sure: # Who will open the entire month's grocery immediately after it is received rather than keep them in their packaging where they are more likely to have a better shelf life? # Why did Big Basket wake up to this policy after a moth of follow up? # Why did they not send someone over to collect the material the same day the complaint was launched? # If the package has worms, should a customer nurture them till BigBasket finds time to respond to customer complaints? # After over a month I still do not have a break-up of the refund I was given for the products I had returned. DO NOT shop online with BigBasket. Buy at a local store where you can see the actual product before you pay for it. Cleartrip is a SCAM. I had a call from an executive - Aasim Deshmukh. He asked me why I did not like about the hotel. I told him that I am under no obligation to justify why I didn't like the hotel. I don't want to share any reasons. I did not check in and I want a refund. There were many reasons wh...y I didn't like the hotel and I did not check in. He begged and pleaded with me to share the reasons so he can do the documentation at his end. I gave him a few generic reasons that he could use. This was all a cheap trick by Cleartrip. Aasim Deshmukh emailed me saying that the reasons I gave for not liking the hotel are invalid. A refund will not be done. I am not sure who gave cleartrip the right to decide what room should a paying customer should stay in. Aasim in his last call has told me that I can do whatever I feel like.
