I had an awful experience with BigBasket.com last week. I always prefer online shopping but my experience with BigBasket have really changed my perception of online shopping
I had ordered vegetables and fruits from BigBasket and I was assured that the product would reach to me within 1 hour but it took the delivery person 3 hours to reach to me.
After opening the packet I found that the apples which I had ordered were rotten and smelling badly and was really unhygienic to consume.
The vegetables were also not fresh and had lost its freshness.
Finally I would never recommend this BigBasket to anyone.
