Guys, the new mirror replaced has developed problem of 'circus mirror' in less than 6 month of replacement. These guys are using Non Float Glass hence the problem.

Dear Matrix I appreciate your repeated followup to resolve the complaint posted on Mouthshut.com. The details given by me in review is more than sufficient for you to find the details through Kolkata office. So there is no point of contacting Matrix Marketing department. Morevoer, the organization ...I work for has reimbursed me the total bill including the excess/wrong usage bill. (Though I would certainly like that the excess money is returned back to my organization). The travel agent organization who got me this connection has also been advised to be careful in future. Kindly see if you can return the excess amount charged as it will act like an image enhancer. Secondly do ask the staff who sold the connection to us on why they took no action when the complaint was reported to them. Regards MananRead More

Hello..I thank Mouthshut for providing this platform...1 review solved the problem in 2 Months which was unsolved for last 1 year despite multiple followups.... I mean Mr.Chandrashekar from Zuari called me and arranged a replacement of the mirror...though this mirror has some other minor issues but ...the Major issue of not showing image properly is resolved....Subsequently Mr.Mahesh from Zuari also called for feedback..What was really amazing was the dealer who acted like a Godman and used to say go where ever you can go..was made humble by these folks...Thanks again to Mouthshut..now I plan to use services of OLX....cheers !!.Read More

Well I traveled with Emirates two times have seen friendly as well as cold staff. Actually seems that their behavior depends on your interaction/ behavior with them & their work load. Sometimes a hello or a smile before talking/asking for something helps. Great, I too agree with this..I have a swift new VXi. Just be cautious..I now miss ''new car feeling'' in terms of steering efforts & breaking as dealer did some tightening/adjustment in 1st service...so be watchful..unless really required better not let dealer touch your vehicle...
