I want to share my experience with Zuari Group Furniture which I bought. I brought a dressing table with stool almost one year back from Zuari Industries dealer in Jamshedpur i.e SukhChain Furnitures. The product was sold at attractive price & probably that was the reason I bought the same. However Immediately on the day of delivery I noticed the mirror has visible distortion in Image. (I was in Office during that time & product was accepted by by wife without a thorough check).
Since the most important function of dressing table is to show Image so the defect was completely unacceptable.
We promptly reported the incident to the Dealer who promised to get it rectified. Being a small city we trusted his words (Inpast also 1 product from Zuari was rectified by them after 10/15 days) and accepted the commitment of 15 days.
Subsequent to 15 days we were told that Cyclone Neelam has damaged the entire supply chain of Zuari Industries and hence we may have to wait for 1 more month. We again accepted the logic. Subsequently, more than 30 Visits were made to the dealer but nothing happened. They maintained that they have complained to company but company is not doing anything. They provided me phone number of one fellow Prem who was customer service head in Chennai. Repeated calls were made to him but only false assurances were given.
Later feedback was given on website of Zuari Industries but got no response. Mail was written to Mr.Suresh Krishna the president of the company but no response was received.
I am now sure that we have been duped by Zuari Industries Limited & their dealers.
As per me it is wise to throw money in pond than purchasing a Zuari product.
