Please do not book any flat here. We have had a very bad experience and now do not know how to get our Rs.230000 money back. Thier GM Ramachandran has started abusing us over the phone when we call. We had booked a flat in Marg Swarnabhoomi Ayush project 2 years back. We paid Rs.180000/-. There was ...no update or information from Marg and we kept visiting thier OMR road office repeatedly. The project never took off and they refused to refund the amount. Finally in Nov 2012 they said that as a favour they would transfer the booking to a flat in Utsav project which was about 70% complete. We agreed and foolishly paid another 50000. Soon after that they started asking us to 95% of the cost as the project was almost complete. We did not want to put in more money and told them we would go for a Loan. They told us that they have a tie up with some SBI on OMR road and collected all the documents from us...We did not hear anything for almost 2 months. Suddenly a GM called Ramachandran called and said that there is some problem in processing the loan and we should make the payment immediately. We called him back and asked for the Loan application no and contact details of SBI and suddenly this GM started raising his voice and shouting that we are delaying the process and that he is not doing any Charity business etc etc. This after they have Rs.230000 of our money for 2 years! Please do not make any bookings in any Marg property. We are having a terrible time and are really regretting our stupidity.Read More

The Payment terms when they told us was that we need to pay after each Slab was complete. However, when we were asked to sign the document it said that payments have to be made either on completion or on a certain date whichever was ''earlier''.
