What crap! They interview loads of students and make good money out of but the impressive bit is that everything is well managed? Well managed scam in my opinion.

Hey Anand, you are right when you say that plugging the player into USB for charging is not a practical option (in all situations). Like I said in the review, the fact that it uses replaceable batteries is not necessarily a drawback. It is just that in certain situations connecting the player to the... USB port of your PC or laptop would be more convenient than having to go out each time to buy fresh battery. To be perfectly honest, I think both the options have their pros and cons. The USB option seems better for a lackadaisical person like me :)

Sunil, I have switched to Airtel now. In my opinion, filing a case won't really help. This is India and customer is yet to be the king here! I don't think an ISP giant like SIFY would get perturbed by a court case. Bad publicity is the only thing that can affect them - hence the review on Mouthshut....
My suggestion would be to not break your back over setting SIFY straight, get another ISP and get on with your life :)

That was a nice review. I am planning to buy my first iPod, most probably a 1GB iPod nano. Although I am not sure if that would be a wise investment considering that there are so many flash MP3 players out there in the market. I haven't tested either so I can't really compare the sound quali...ty. MP3 players are way cheaper than an iPod. I am just trying to weigh both the options in terms or sound quality and durabilty. If an MP3 offers more or less the same sound quality then I think going for an mp3 player instead of a pocket killer flashy iPod would be a much better idea. Please let me know what you think.
