OK, so I got this connection installed on the 22nd of October, in light of the FUP being implemented on my other BB connection. Just to be clear, I had no other complaints with my other ISP. It's a shame that most ISP's are implementing the FUP.

well de phone runs on S40 3rd edition and none of the S40 phones support 3rd party applications/software(.sis files for eg.)..
it supports only j2me JAVA Applications!
you can get many apps at www.getjar.com ..
And upto my knowledge there isn't a java based pdf reader or app like ms word..

the phone is just too damn slow..especially the start-up time..hangs a lot too..cam is good though...but no worth its price..

well..i agree there are so many mp3 players out thhere..but not many which are exclusive & give u the best performance it has to offer..The key advantages of the nano are IT'S SOUND QUALITY,EXCELLENT DISPLAY,EASY USAGE,FLASHDRIVE,REASONABLE MEMORY(1/2/4GB),ITUNES SOFT & CAPABILITY OF VIEWING PHOTOS... & TEXT FILES..it can also serve as a watch,an alarm clock & an organizer..And if u can spend a lil extra,u could buy de ipod AC Charger & an FM transmitter for it..In india,at 'imported goods' shops(a.k.a black market) its available for about 7k..Well worth the price,for a piece of superb engineering..now it's ur decesion to make !! and de nano is sure to make people's eyes roll with envy..Read More

i forgot to mention...as soon as i got my connection i changed the password ! then after this 'discrepancy' occured,i changed it and now yesterday it was changed again...

You can either download them to your phone via WAP or send from pc-phone via Infrared..
U can also convert .wav files to mmf using the Yamaha MA-2 WAV-MMF Convertor(can be got from smaf-yamaha.com)!

hey,i got A500 too..i've also posted a review here..damn cool phone..I RECENTLY DISCOVERED THAT the a500 can have VOICE TONES & TONES OF (.MMF) format !!!
it's the next best thing to mp3 !!!
now dat's something u don't get in a basic colour phone..
