General Tips on Smoking

It is very ba habit everybody knows. Lot of health hazards known o everybody. One thing is very clear it is most difficult for smokers to stop this habit.No tobacco substiture works. Calling smokers 'fool' is not justified; it is one's own problem.Generally smokers are more intellgent than average....So can't call them idiots & fools.Eisteian;Chrchill were smokers. Smoking affects health very slowly; not like media describes.There is no concrete evidence of so much hyped by media bad effects about passive smoking.Most of these are guess work.How can one escape these?? We are smoking almost 8 to 10 cigarretes in open air in city of Mumbai;thanks to lot of private vehicles.How can one avoid this smoking??Read More
