Actually everyone is so Political. Even HR do not do anything. They are one of the main culprits as HR are the people who Say, 'We Care'. So if they really care, they should care for the problems of Employee who is undergoing through these circumstances... BT Stands for British Telecom... ...I strongly agree with you Pankaj for making a Union of Employees. I think this way but the peers across me do not have guts to even speak. I myself am fighting for my existence. Just waiting for my bond to get over...Here also they cheat, they clearly say that the bond is 2 years during recruitment. Then Silently in the Offer Letter they add a clause 'thereby' before which the training of 3 months is written. So in all the bond becomes 27 months. For a fresher it is very hard to deny the offer when you go to the company for induction on the very first day with all your preparations... TechM Sucks!!! :)Read More

Lot of demerits with few good things
