I am working with Tech Mahindra since more than 2 years and believe me, it is the worst company to work with as far as salaries are concerned. After all, we only work for Salary.
This company is for Managers and not for career aspirants.
No proper Hike as currently given in market
No proper compensations
Delays in the Quarterly Variable Pays by 1-2 months that also 75% in first month and remaining 15% in the month after that. In short so as to get the variable pay of 1 Quarter, you will have to wait 4 months by that time the another Quater comes.
No releases from the projects if you work with BT. After all TechM was once MBT and still is the "Slave" of BT
The employees are badly exploited by giving bad grades even when they work hard to their best. Those who do the butter polish to managers are given good. They never understand the critical of the resource and flaunt themselves before the higher management that because of them the project is successful.
The managers are given good hikes.
One of my team mate was shown false dreams of Onsite and her passport got stamped THRICE and then she was called back.
The people who really work hard are not appreciated. Also the technology as far as BT is concerned is very poor and old.
They even Turn Off the lights on the floor during day time when we work in dark locations and the bright monitor would be laughing at us saying, "I gottcha and you'll go blind in some days thereby leaving me alone" also ACs in the Canteen which is completely packed from every side only 2 doors of glass at the far distance. I think, by doing this they are saving money so as to give the Variable Pay and Salaries to the employees.
The company does not understand that the main force of the company is the people working on the Grass Root Level and not the managers. If they don't work, what is the use of Managers?
If company gives proper salaries and hikes as per the current situations in the market, it can become one of the better places to work in.
For now it is pathetic to work with Tech Mahindra.
My suggestion would be, "DONT JOIN"
