This problem was solved in jan 2007. During the year i still faced issues but not as bad. I got my AMC done for this year onwards cost over Rs2000 but i think is worth it.

Ya totally true....makes me wonder our we only here to provide customer services to Phirangi companies who offer their BPO work here. Rest in India have to deal impolite, not well read , partially trained staff. And i say anyone who is treated badly should note down the name of the person, dont b...other about creating a scene in person, get to a PC, write a review and then email /mail the same to whoever you can find on the net or take down address for the big shots. well believe it or not the new mixie was as bad...the scraper broke on the first day itself. and i finally wrote back asking if they would take the mixie back...to which then have kindly agreed....wow atleast i am getting my money back on this else wud have been stuck.

Chakrata is a great place to visit. I had a wonderful time this dec. Hopefully the gate system is going to go by early 2008 so it makes it more accessible as one is not bound to the gate times.

Well...To Ajay's comment i must add i had no clue abt the 'Name' problem and the wanna be's. I here refer to the hotel availble in Bharatpur on and on the site...http://www.udaivilaspalace.com The Oberoi group is totally another range of hotels...something i might never afford on my own money.......and hence this review has nothing to do with the 5 star rating of the hotel.
