Efficient, not fancy or too comfortable

Thai Airways

My least favourite number is TG315 (BKK->DEL). My favourite number is TG316 (DEL->BKK). I think the Thai cabin crew on this route deserve medals for putting up with this route's passengers. Unfortunately, last year I have had to commute between BKK and DEL and am embarassed at the behavio...ur of many the non-Thai passengers and their attitudes towards the airline staff. Cattle wagons, not a few year old CLEAN jets would be more appropriate for some of the passengers on this route - and I travel business class mostly. Well done Thai. I was always glad to get onto a clean aeroplane at DEL, be welcomed by clean and welcoming personnel and return to a polite environment. Again, well done Thai for offering me sanity and cleansiness out of India!!! Read More
