thankfully one of those delivery managers left recently. New inefficient managers have replaced him for new projects.

So wat do they giv back when you prove your self and your work is recognized? Peanuts or coffee coupon for costa coffee. And don't kid me about your freedom of work. We all know how much freedom we all enjoy here.

Sinking visionless company

Its a very small company. Slowly all the projects are shutting down. There is no job security. Only 1 or 2 projects left. No future. It feels like it will be closed or sold off in another 7-8 months. Couple of months back they fired a person from a project bcoz he did a mistake. No second chance...Read more

Yeah you give 110% and they give you back 10%. They have no awards or recognition program.
