It is easy to hide in a big company and continue to "look" busy, but if you like real challenges and direct client interaction, look at Saggezza and similar companies.
As is true with any medium sized growing company, you will need solid technical+People competencies to survive and Succeed here too. I think That is how you grow with with the company.
I have seen many of my colleagues in big IT companies wasting the whole day-doing nothing except playing TT and preparing for CAT. At least I am engaged! There is always choice available to us to look elsewhere, right? Let's grow up.
