I am working with Saggezza for the past 1.5 yrs this place has so much to offer for your career and more importantly for yourself as an individual.
I have actually known my capabilities after coming and working here... in my previous company I just used to be like a puppet for my manager like others, doing only what he says....but here iam free to work, share my opinions, give inputs...etc (which is counted) with my superiors. The work is challenging, people recognize me for my work. I have learnt so much from this place.
This company is for those who like to prove themselves and do justice to their career not for those who prefer a govt bank job - just come sit chat gossip crib pack your bags and go home.
