Hey guys, Thanks a ton for your inputs. Will write to the ID provided. However, as mentioned earlier, have spoken several times to the DGM and yet people have been calling me and harrasing me. The response i get from him when i called him last is that 'If you had made the payment people would ...not have called you'. I'm amazed at his response. Inspite of explaining the facts and he agreeing that he will ask the woman to call me and apologise this continues to happen. Dont really know how to handle this. Let me try this last resort.
