Talk about my experience with HDFC. Wow! truly a breath taking experience. This lady calls me to inform me that the cheque issued got dishonoured and when I ask her for the reason, she gives me various reasons, none relevant. I ask her to produce the chq to check what the problem was and she uses 4 letter words on me. Now the interesting part. I discover the very next day that the chq she was referring to has got cleared.
Moving on, I call the DGM of collections and different people from the bank receive calls and pretend like him. Finally I get my hands on the man and he convinces me stating that he will revert to me. Guess what happens next...I dont get a call from this man but yes I get calls from girls who sit close to his seating and use slangs again.
I was told by people that HDFC has a defined code of conduct duly signed by every associate. But did u know it was meant to be violated.
