So at last i got a email stating that Letsbuy have shipped the product,(12 days after receiving the order and payment),and for that i have to send more than 10 emails to the customer service.Even though they posted here that they have forwarded the complaint to some department,i didn't get any info/...response except these same words,posted by Letbuy here,forwarded to my email. So am now waiting for the product,hope and prays it reach me perfectly fine cause i can't think of following the so called ''customer service'' ever again. Anyway somebody have to point a gun at my head to make me shop from Letsbuy ever again,i think then also i won't do it,i will rather take a bullet in my head......Read More

Sometimes back i ordered a Nokia C2-03 from Flipkart,i got it delivered after 3 days and after using the mobile for about 7 days the phone stopped recognizing the second sim,i just emailed Flipkart about the issue and the next day itself they shipped me a new mobile and i got it delivered after 3 da...ys.It was really amazing,their customer service rocks.You don't have to think twice about shopping from Flipkart. If by any chance something goes wrong,there is an amazing customer service to resolve the issue.Read More
