The first product that I ordered from Letsbuy was a Nokia Mobile, i regularly shop from flipkart, and to be honest, flipkart rocks, big time.The only reason I shopped from "letsbuy" was that the mobile went out of stock in Flipkart, and after numerous emails to customtakeouter care I got it delivered after somewhat 10 days or more, but that time I chose COD, so I had peace of mind.The customtakeouter care takes forever to reply to your mails too, a minimum of three days is required by them to send a reply, if you send a email to flipkart customtakeouter care they will reply to you within an hour.


Recently I ordered a Casio watch from Letsbuy, and I made the mistake of paying online, i have never regretted doing something this stupid in my life.I ordered it on 13th feb and send an email on 14th feb to remind them to send me the "track id" after they courier the package, forgot to mention that, letsbuy don't provide you with the Track-id of the package they courier, the only info available to you regarding the status of the product from their tracking section is "IN PROCESS".The only reply I got was a system generated email stating that they will contact me within 48 hours.I waited three days and on 17th I again email them asking about the status of the product, and got a reply on 18th that they have captured the payment and I will get the product within 4-7 working days, i really though that was a joke, so they take 5 days to confirm the payment and then 4-7 days to deliver the product, that means a minimum of 9 working days to deliver a product.


On 18th feb they emailed me:

This should be a joke right, after 5 days they are informing me that they have no idea when they can ship the product, I felt like beating myself up for making the payment online, if I tell them to cancel the product I will have to wait one or two months to get my money back, sometimes never maybe.The only option I have now is to wait this "nightmare" out and pray that this ends soon,


So my fellow shoppers you will be tempted by the low prices and wide range of products.You will feel like buying despite reading all the comments in sites like these.Like I did.Let me advice you, if you shop, never ever make the mistake of making the payment online, always opt for "COD" and if you want peace of mind choose Flipkart, .else you will loose your peace of mind, money and will have to send a thousand emails to get your money or the product in your hand.
